Rotel Chicken


Ingredients:

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken, cut up
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
  • noodles of your choice, I use thin spaghetti
  • 1 green pepper, cut up

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil your chicken until cooked through.
  3. Save 1 c. broth.
  4. Boil your noodles until done.
  5. Combine your noodles & butter until butter is melted.
  6. Add your chicken, stock, rotel & green pepper.
  7. Mix and put into a baking pan.
  8. Put slices of Velveeta cheese all over the top until covered completely.
  9. Bake until all cheese is melted.
  10. Stir & Serve!
  11. YUM
