- 1 lb. chicken, cooked & shredded. I use white meat pieces from a rotisserie chicken
- chicken stock, approx. 2 cups, +/-
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 T. poultry seasoning
- 2-3 hard boiled eggs, whites only for us
- 1 raw egg
- Cornbread, crumbled
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can milk
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients & stir well. Add stock last, as to gauge how much you need.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
- I use a can of Cream of chicken soup and a can of milk to make my gravy.
