Chicken & Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked & shredded. I use white meat pieces from a rotisserie chicken
  • chicken stock, approx. 2 cups, +/-
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 T. poultry seasoning
  • 2-3 hard boiled eggs, whites only for us
  • 1 raw egg
  • Cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can milk

Directions:

  • Combine all the ingredients & stir well. Add stock last, as to gauge how much you need.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • I use a can of Cream of chicken soup and a can of milk to make my gravy.
