The original recipe can be found at &lt;a href="http://www.5dollardinners.com/2008/12/chili-cornbread-cups-5-dinner-challenge.html"&gt;$5 Dinners&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lb. ground beef&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;can of tomato sauce, I believe it's 16 oz. its the next size up from 10 oz. ?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;packet of chili seasoning&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 bx Jiffy cornbread mix&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 c. milk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 egg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Directions:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preheat oven to 350 degrees.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Brown meat &amp;amp; drain.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add chili seasoning &amp;amp; tomato sauce. Simmer for 7-10 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mix Jiffy cornbread mix, milk &amp;amp; egg together.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Using a muffin tin, put one spoonful of chili mixture to each cup. boiled until done&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can cream of chicken soup&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup milk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can of crescent rolls&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;garlic salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Directions:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take the cooked chicken and toss with salts &amp;amp; I have made it several times and the whole family LOVES IT!&lt;br /&gt;I pair it up with garlic mashed potatoes, corn (or corn on the cob) and rolls.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lb. Ground beef &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;one egg &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 to 1 whole sleeve of crackers, crushed (I used the round ones) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 t. salt &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pepper &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 c. water &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 1/2 oz. can of beef gravy &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedure:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mix beef with crackers, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Form patties, set aside.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Combine water &amp;amp; gravy. I use white meat pieces from a rotisserie chicken&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;chicken stock, approx. 2 cups, +/-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 stick butter, melted&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 T. poultry seasoning&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2-3 hard boiled eggs, whites only for us&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 raw egg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cornbread, crumbled&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can Cream of Chicken soup&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can milk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Directions:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Combine all the ingredients &amp;amp; stir well.
